The Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) for Executives is specially designed to prepare Chief Executives, Executive Directors, Business Executives, Directors in Private and Public institutions and HR practitioners, to manage the complexities as well as face the challenging and changing needs of various organisations regarding human resource management. The course offers advanced and recent developments in the field of Human Resource Management (HRM) with the aim to highlight and manage the complex human interactions and business strategy, providing the link between practices and business performances/outcomes.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR CERTIFICATE PROGRAMME

This course is open to: 

  • Holders of Diploma /Degree of any discipline from the University of Lagos, any other recognized University or Institution.
  • Holders of Professional qualifications, such as ACA, ACCA, CIM, CIIN, ACIPM, AMNIM, ACB and similar others.
  • Other criteria the University of Lagos Business School may consider appropriate.
