On behalf of the University of Lagos Business School (ULBS) and the entire university community, I welcome you to a leader in Management and Leadership education. Welcome to the ULBS. We are delighted to have every one of you in our institution.

The University of Lagos is well known as an academic citadel of choice with sterling brand identity. The University good name derives from the quality of teaching and research, high rate of employment of its graduates, strong alumni and contribution to the wellbeing of the broader society.

The University of Lagos is the first to set up a faculty of Business Administration in Nigeria and has been producing excellent managers for private and public organisations over the years.

The ULBS has been set up as an autonomous unit of the University of Lagos to advance the culture of excellence in Business education through innovative business research and training in an environment that is conducive for learning. The ULBS will go beyond the normal criteria of research universities by promoting research that transcends the realm of academic publications to reach and add value to the Nigerian and global business communities as well as the broader society. Its approach will be inductive, holistic and transformational. 

The faculty of ULBS will be drawn from local and foreign experienced academics and industry practitioners to provide local and global perspectives on business issues and trends. I invite all those who seek superior knowledge and skills for transformation of their business to enrol in ULBS.
